Banana Berry Protein Smoothie

If you have a busy schedule or need a break from cooking, try our Banana Berry Protein Smoothie. It combines fruits, oats, and protein powder, making it an excellent snack or meal replacement choice. All you need is a blender and five minutes to make this tasty and nutritious drink.

We especially like this smoothie as a pre or post-workout meal. As a pre-workout snack, drink the smoothie 90 before working out. As a post-workout snack, drink the smoothie within 30 minutes post-workout. In both cases, the protein helps to repair muscles, while the carbohydrates provide energy and aid in recovery.

Base Ingredients:
– 300 ml of skim milk
– 40 g of old fashion oats
– 1/2 cup of mixed berries (Target’s Triple Berry Blend)
– One banana
– One scoop (25 grams) of chocolate whey protein

Instructions:

  1. Add above ingredients to a blender.
  2. Pulse/mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour and enjoy!
